We were looking for our first house last summer sort of on the fly because we didn’t anticipate buying in 2025, but we decided we needed to get out of our old apartment asap! We never felt pressure to pick a property. We had placed an offer on one house and it was accepted, but ultimately my husband (and then later on myself as well) decided it was not the right place for us.
