First of all I have to let you know that I am just about completely deaf! Dan exhibited a wonderful and patient response considering my special needs. He is a professional through and through. Making sure that I understood the entirety of his services and what my responsibilities were. We worked together as a team. He provided updates on where things were regularly. He also responded immediately to all my questions. Even while he was on his vacation/off time he always responded immediately. He is a great asset to have in your corner.
