Dan was so helpful from the very beginning! We bought our house from a different state and trusted him to help lead us in the right direction. He looked at tons of houses for us, scheduled FaceTimes and sent us videos to allow us to see everything more than just through pictures online. He made it really easy and provided insightful information and opinions of what our best options were in this area coming from a very different housing market and climate. Dan worked as a liaison between us and our lawyers sometimes to make sure we were set up well with the correct information, even catching a few costly mistakes others had made! In addition to helping us find a house, Dan went above and beyond and created us a guide to Buffalo including restaurants, colloquialisms, places to go and norms of the city since we’re new to the area. He was patient and kind and is always willing to answer questions we had as first time home buyers.
