Very supportive, got back to me immediately with answers

★★★★★ Above and Beyond Service for Military Families! Working with Jessica was hands-down the best real estate experience we could have had, this being our first time purchasing a home. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive and proactive. We never had to wonder what was happening; she made sure to keep us constantly posted with updates throughout the entire process. What truly blew us away was her care before, during and after closing. Because we are in the military and we were currently stationed out of state, we couldn't be at the property physically. Jessica did a full walk through via video for us to show us the property. She also did a facetime walk through after closing and also went out to our home after the sale was finalized just to check on it and ensure the heat was set to the correct temperature so the pipes wouldn’t freeze, and everything was the way it was when the owners had moved out. That level of dedication, empathy, and integrity is rare. She didn't just see us as a transaction; she truly looked out for our home and our family. If you want a realtor who is communicative, reliable, and will go the extra mile for you—especially if you are a military family managing things from afar—hire Jessica Olney... She is simply the best!

I worked with Shirley twice while stationed at Fort Drum. Professionally she set the standard for realtors accross north country. Very easy to work with and very responsive. Can’t recommend her enough

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly couldn’t recommend Jen enough as a real estate agent! Buying and selling a home can be such a stressful and overwhelming process, but she made everything feel so much easier. She was there every step of the way, always answered my questions, kept me informed, and made sure I felt confident in every decision I made. Having her as my realtor already meant the world to me, but getting to experience firsthand how hardworking, knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated she is as a realtor made me appreciate her even more. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they find the right home and have the best experience possible. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your home purchase or sale like it’s her own, I can’t recommend her enough! ❤️🏡
