From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive and proactive. We never had to wonder what was happening; she made sure to keep us constantly posted with updates throughout the entire process. What truly blew us away was her care before, during and after closing. Because we are in the military and we were currently stationed out of state, we couldn't be at the property physically. Jessica did a full walk through via video for us to show us the property. She also did a facetime walk through after closing and also went out to our home after the sale was finalized just to check on it and ensure the heat was set to the correct temperature so the pipes wouldn’t freeze, and everything was the way it was when the owners had moved out.
