I rate the overall sellers experience as excellent with Mr. Rizzo as my agent.

Mr. Rizzo provided valuable insight into establishing list price, and negotiating the sale of my property. I feel that the my property was sold at top valuation. There were a couple minor repairs discovered after a home inspection. Mr. Rizzo has a number of Contractors that could correct in a reasonable manner. Joe did an outstanding job for me on this transaction. I have used his service in the past, and will continue to do so!
