We couldn’t have found our new home and sold our last one without Ann McBride-Alayon at Hudson River Line Realty! We are so happy and so grateful to Ann for guiding us through the entire complicated process, step by step from beginning to end, in such a professional and reassuring manner. We chose Ann because of her expertise and knowledge of real estate in the local market. When we listed our house, we were so impressed and excited with Ann’s listing - she put into words and images exactly what we loved about the home and pinpointed an excellent asking price. To our surprise, the house was in contract with full asking price offered within just one week! In search of a new home, it never felt like Ann was selling us a house, but helping us make the best decisions for our family. She is an attentive listener, responded to all of our questions, and really knew what our family’s needs were. We especially appreciated her calm and cool demeanor through what is often a very nerve-wrecking process. Ann kept the transactions moving along, negotiated for us, and got us to our closing. Sitting in my new beautiful home, writing this review, I recall most of all Ann’s absolute trustworthiness - she always had our best interests in mind. On top of being a true professional, Ann is warm, kind, and genuine - the sweetest person you will ever meet. We readily recommend her to anyone searching for a home or selling a home in our area!
