Michael dedicated much of his time helping us look for our perfect home for our family, even if that meant spending the whole day driving all around different towns giving us home tours. He was always sending us potential homes to view that he knew met our criteria. Michael, was fantastic, although this is a form of income for him, he was truly dedicated to helping us find our home even if it did take a few months. We listed our house for sale with Laser Dec. 2019. When we went to Fl. for the winter. Lazar handled all the details, and displayed them on the Web. Before we came back from Fl. in April 2020, we were in Contract. In spite of some legal and Covid-19 problems. Lazar guided the sale thru negotiating with the Attorneys and the buyers.
