We listed our house for sale with Laser Dec. 2019. When we went to Fl. for the winter. Lazar handled all the details, and displayed them on the Web. Before we came back from Fl. in April 2020, we were in Contract. In spite of some legal and Covid-19 problems. Lazar guided the sale thru negotiating with the Attorneys and the buyers. Lazar did a great job. I would give him a top rating for all he did.

This was mine and my husbands first time buying a home, we were blessed to have received Michael as our realtor. Michael was prompt, persistent, patient, and friendly. Michael dedicated much of his time helping us look for our perfect home for our family, even if that meant spending the whole day driving all around different towns giving us home tours. He was always sending us potential homes to view that he knew met our criteria. Michael, was fantastic, although this is a form of income for him, he was truly dedicated to helping us find our home even if it did take a few months. We appreciate all the time/support Michael gave us.

When we decided to purchase a home in the Catskill Mountain region, we wanted a professional agent who would best represent our interests as buyers. After one phone consultation with Phil at Eagle River Realty, we were sold on his personable and customer-focused style. Phil is the ultimate professional with a deep history of Sullivan and Delaware counties. Phil's commitment to us was outstanding! We recommend him with the very highest regard to anyone searching for a professional, intelligent and customer-focused agent.

She is a good person, she works very well in home sales.
