Patrick was essiantal in guiding us from start to finish on our purchase of our home. He started by educating us on the process of buying a home including mortgage process, pre-approval, taxes, school districts, property inspection, property appraisal, property comparisons and most importantly it’s best to know what you don’t like just as much as what you do like. His process makes you list the pros and cons of each property visited to help narrow down exactly what we wanted. Patrick also helped us in the bidding and negotiating of price. Patrick is with you through thick and thin of this roller coaster of a ride from start to finish. We were thankful of his leadership.
