Patrick Tubridy gets it done!

Patrick was essiantal in guiding us from start to finish on our purchase of our home. He started by educating us on the process of buying a home including mortgage process, pre-approval, taxes, school districts, property inspection, property appraisal, property comparisons and most importantly it’s best to know what you don’t like just as much as what you do like.
