Mrs. Rosenthal and her team, wow! This lady is amazing, understanding, fair, and professional. She will guide you through the process of buying or selling your home. She makes the process stress free and smooth. She will help you with resources such as attorney, contractors and lenders. Not forgetting to mentioned her advertisement skills. She is beyond amazing but on top of that her hard work and integrity. She worked every step of the way side by side with me. She cared as much about the buyer as she did for me the seller. I had a few problems when selling my home but she was on top of everything, explaining and never hesitated to ask me my thoughts. Cheryl is an outstanding human being but more than that she has the compassion that so many lack, especially when problems arise. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. I highly recommend Mrs. Rosenthal and her team.

Our experience began with Cheryl sitting down with us and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Long Island market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Cheryl provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent approximately two days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings while Cheryl spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. We were very indecisive home shoppers, so we definitely tested Cheryl’s knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with her responses. Most important to us, Cheryl was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact her looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home. In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Cheryl again to both sell our home and find a new one.

Cheryl helped me buy my first home . If I had to do it again, I’m honestly not sure that I would, given how stressful it was, but I was glad to have Cherryl helping me through the year-long process. She has the patience of a saint. If not for her reassurances and gentle nudging, I probably still wouldn’t have a house. Cheryl is very knowledgeable , very personable and trustworthy . She is also very persistent. I wanted to purchase a home with no real knowledge of what it meant to buy a home. Everytime we got close to closing, something would go wrong on my part. I called her several times wanting to give up. She was always available to talk to me , reassuring me that she will get me to a home if its the last thing she did. On October 3rd a problem occurred just before closing and Cheryl came through for me a big way when she didnt have to . After closing she told me that I was welcomed to call or come see her with any questions or concern I might have. I will definitely, without a doubt refer my friends and family to Cheryl. I love her and owe her a party when I'm settled in MY NEW HOME.
