Melissa Gomez was amazing throughout our entire homebuying experience. She was extremely patient, understanding and resourceful when it came to choosing locations, house- styles etc. She was always considerate of our budget and made suggestions based on our preferences. What we appreciated the most about Melissa was her unlimited availability and dedication to her job. Melissa truly loves what she does and it shows; no matter how many calls or texts, she made herself available to respond. She advocated for us limitlessly and made sure to keep us updated along the way. Our homebuying experience was a tough one, but with a realtor like Melissa, we finally got the house we wanted

Quickly selling our House in Floral Park was the Goal. Jane and Tom Schrafel made that a reality! They are knowledgeable about market conditions. They presented us with a detailed market analysis of recent home sales. Based on that, we agreed to a realistic price that attracted three serious offers the first weekend! The offer we accepted exceeded the listing price! From Showing to Closing Jane and Tom made our home sale a pleasure! We highly recommend them !
