I recently bought a property in Park Plaza, Rego Park with the help of my agent, Guan. He is very dedicated to his job, knowledgeable, and friendly. He guided me all throughout the process. Buying a property here in New York is not easy because of the requirements and the like. Guan always finds time to answer all my queries even on weekends or late nights. I will always receive a reply from him. I certainly recommend Guan to my family and friends if they need a real estate agent. I am 110% sure that he could help everyone who is looking for a house, condo or coop. Five stars is the highest, but I think he deserves more than five. What a great client-agent experience indeed!

Having Joanna Tsue of Blue Island Homes as our real estate agent was a true blessing. Given that we are selling our house in the Gables area after 54 very happy years in Merrick, we wanted someone who had a deep connection to the community. From making frequent visits to the house to make certain that all was in order, to arranging last minute inspections by plumbers, utility workers etc., and even arranging for and tossing out a mattress that was no longer needed, Joanna went the extra mile and was a calming and reassuring presence.
