We moved from out of state, so before we even met Skip, we watched many of his videos to learn about the Albuquerque area in general and the real estate market in particular. There's great communication. We never felt like we were 900 miles away. Skip and Dave Binder were extremely helpful and patient when we were here for a four day tour of homes from Rio Rancho to Los Lunas. We love our new home and really appreciate the effort put in to get us here. The local snacks in the Welcome basket were very tasty. One more thing - The next Albuquerque TV series should be "Better Call Skip". 😆

Carina was simply the best agent I have ever had. She really listened to our needs and wants and tailored the viewings to meet homes that met these items. Most importantly she was very flexible. We needed to change the schedule due to a visit with a guidance counselor, and Carina was able to adjust to it. Gabe was courteous, prompt, and efficient. He answered his own phone without using annoying useless robots! Gabe was recommended by the LOA and was true to their recommendations.
