Skip was fantastic. We found him through his Albuquerque educational videos on YouTube, and from the start he was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. This experience was, for the most part, completely remote. My wife and I were in NC and we were lookoing to purchase a home in NM. Keith was referred to us by a friend. I recently sold my first home with Carina. I was, of course, unfamiliar with a lot of how things worked on the selling side. We also already had our new place out-of-state lined up, so it ended up that I was on the other side of the country for nearly all of the process. Carina was incredibly helpful with the listing process and negotiations, as well as handling the buyer's appraisal, inspection, etc. She really went above and beyond in prepping the house for showing, as well as handling inspection issues and lining up the tradespeople and contractors needed to satisfy the buyer and their lender. She communicated constantly and I never felt out of the loop despite being so far away. I couldn't be happier with the service she provided and the outcome of the sale, and you'll be happy with her, too.
