Tameca was our full service agent. Tameca pulled property comparables for the area to effectively price the home to sell. She educated us to understand how to stage the home and worked with us to conduct home showings. Tameca also worked to find us a new home and aggressively negotiated the best price and stayed with us through closing.

Tameca helped me three years ago when purchasing my home in the North Dallas area, and she did a fantastic job from start to finish. What I appreciated most was how well she listened to what I was looking for. She only showed me homes that actually fit my needs and criteria, so I never felt like my time was being wasted looking at properties I had no interest in. Tameca ultimately helped me find the perfect home, and she did an excellent job negotiating the purchase price—saving me $15,000! She was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and truly focused on finding the right home for me. I would absolutely use Tameca again for any future real estate needs and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We had such a great experience working with Tameca. What stood out the most was how much we genuinely trusted her throughout the entire process. She was always honest with us, never pushy, and made us feel like finding the right home mattered more to her than just getting a deal done. She was incredibly responsive, patient with all of our questions, and always gave us her real opinion when we needed it. When it came time to negotiate and work through all the details, she really advocated for us and made sure we were taken care of. We ended up with a house we absolutely love, and Tameca was a huge part of making that happen. If you’re looking for a realtor who knows what she’s doing, communicates well, and genuinely cares about her clients, I’d recommend Tameca without hesitation.
