After the house was under contract, Carina kept us on track to meet all of the deadlines. Her weekly progress updates were so helpful! She worked with the lender to make sure they had what they needed, she recommended solid home inspectors with great customer service, and she proactively reviewed inspection reports and made recommendations on how to respond to them. Even after the closing, she stopped by the house each week to check on the property until we arrived in Albuquerque a few weeks later. Buying a home was daunting, but Carina had our backs and helped us feel satisfied with the decisions we made and the home we bought.
