We had Danielle show us fixer uppers. Some had cobwebs hanging thickly on the walls and most had overgrown foliage. I was very fortunate to find Clarice to help me in my cross-country purchase that included communication two time zones away. I prefer text over calls and Clarice was very responsive to questions and concerns. In one house hunting trip we looked at 16 houses in 2 and 1/2 days which she organized efficiently.
