She kept us updated on construction that needed to be done, she got multiple bids on each repair and submitted those bids to us so we could choose the contractor of our choice and then oversaw every single repair. She sent pictures of all the repairs for our approval. Nancy went above and beyond by talking with us every step of the way to ensure the house was fixed up properly to put on the market. Once the house hit the market, it didn't take long for us to get a buyer....and I credit that all to Nancy. She is knowledgeable in what she does. No doubt about that. If We could give more that 5 stars it would be an infinite amount of stars.
