As a top Real Estate Agent Jeff professionally guided me through the ups and downs of selling my home. In the Fall of 2021 the market was experiencing increasing interest rates. Miraculously I received two offers at the same time. After some negotiating, I chose what Jeff and I hoped was ultimately the best offer. As we neared the closing date the figurative "storm blew in". Without going into detail, I wanted to kill the contract and put the house back on the market.
