Jeff, a calm harbor in a storm.

As a top Real Estate Agent Jeff professionally guided me through the ups and downs of selling my home. In the Fall of 2021 the market was experiencing increasing interest rates. Miraculously I received two offers at the same time. After some negotiating, I chose what Jeff and I hoped was ultimately the best offer. As we neared the closing date the figurative "storm blew in". Without going into detail, I wanted to kill the contract and put the house back on the market. Jeff and I spoke several times back-and-forth, I listened to Jeff's better judgement and worked with what I thought were unreasonable demands in price change based on the cost I had incurred to gut and totally renovate my home and the replacement cost my insurance company was using. Also, in good faith, I was already addressing changes the buyers had asked for. I felt taken advantage of. Jeff helped me look at the big picture and move forward.
