I lived in my house for 33 years and did not have a clue on how to go through the sale process when I decided to sell my house. Mary walked me though the process and made it so easy and stress free. She listened to my concerns and provided answers to my questions. She explained things in a manner that was easy to understand. When meeting with her, she was always dressed in a professional manner. Alex Monaco was our realtor for our move from Middlesex, NJ, to Mobile, AL. He was always there when we needed him. Always pleasant and handled everything in a very personal way. He is one of those guys who wants everything done the right way. Very professional in a way that you enjoy working with him. After we moved, he sent us a framed picture of our old home, very thoughtful.
