Losing a sibling and selling her home is emotional and had some unique challenges. Quarterbacking it from out of state was made much easier working with Jeff as he had extensive experience and contacts in the area and also out of the area which helped bring everything together. We closed on time in a short window to help keep the estate on track as well which calmed choppy waters when dealing with family that tend to lose their minds in estates.
