Jeff went out of his way to work with my lawyer to resolve a very unusual easement issue. He also was able to put me in contact with different people to complete work that needed to be done to the house before selling. Michelle was a very accommodating realtor, who worked with my schedule very well and had a lower rate than some other realtors I talked to. Sometimes I felt like she pushed me to make offers somewhat aggressively, but when making offers Michelle very accurately judged what bids would win and managed to help me win a bid for 20k under asking.
