Steve helped us find a wonderful old stone house where the original part dates to 1760, the newer part to 1830. It suits us perfectly, and he was an enormous help since we were house-hunting from several states away. Steve helped us refine our search and figure out what we really wanted, which was to be within striking range of Doylestown, which has so many resources. We love our new old house and are looking forward to many happy years here.

He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well.
