Steve helped us find a wonderful old stone house where the original part dates to 1760, the newer part to 1830. It suits us perfectly, and he was an enormous help since we were house-hunting from several states away. Steve helped us refine our search and figure out what we really wanted, which was to be within striking range of Doylestown, which has so many resources. We love our new old house and are looking forward to many happy years here.

Steve is easily the most accomplished Real Estate Agent I've ever dealt with and trust me I've been around a long time. My Mother-law passed, and my wife was tasked with selling her farmhouse along with 20 plus acres of land. Unfortunately, we live 600 miles away from the farm. The farmhouse was built in the 1840's and was in dire need of a major face lift before it could be put on the market. While my wife organized much of the clean-up that took place, it was Steve who gave us solid recommendations to follow. He acted as our eyes and ears on the ground. He was judicious in his recommendations and often advised against spending money on certain repairs or painting certain areas or on large scale tree removal as he felt it would simply be wasted money. We got a large number of viewings during the first week the property was listed, and we received an offer that we accepted about 9 days after it was listed. Steve knew the market in intimate detail. He guided us to a good list price and took care of countless details that we were unable to handle from afar. More importantly Steve has the perfect blend of professionalism and empathy. Simply put, he is a good and caring person. There is a lot of memories and emotion involved in selling a home that had been in the family for more than 50 years. He always knew what to say or how to act whenever any of the family members needed emotional support. He truly cares. I can't endorse him enough. If you are looking for a true professional to market your property, then you should hire Steve.

Dear Steve, Thank you for your efforts on our behalf in finding a new home. We could not be happier with our choice, and that process was guided by your expert advice. Navigating the waters of such a major purchase can be scary and frustrating at times, to say the least, and you helped us find our way. Thank you also for the beautiful rug you sent. It arrived today, and it looks perfect in our entrance hall. The color scheme is the perfect choice for the color of our floor. You definitely have an eye for color and design. The selling agents for D. R. Horton have also been great to work with in the purchase process and continue to be very helpful in getting us settled in. The neighbors here are so nice and welcoming - much more outgoing and personable than any we met in Doylestown. As we have remarked to each other - we're all in the same boat and at the same cross-roads in life. It makes for a compatible community. Again, thank you. Ginny is also very happy with her choice, and she is settling in nicely. We have been over to her place several times to hang pictures, arrange furniture, etc. She is back where she needs to be, and is among her church friends, which is perfect. I hired Steve because of his expertise in old stone Bucks farmhouses and he did an amazingly awesome job of promoting the property and guiding us thru a difficult time for us leaving our beautiful 11 acre farm. He accomplished a difficult job managing all the complexities of selling this older home. He gets an A double plus from me I can't thank him enough
