We chose Derek as our agent based on some mentions in a township Facebook page. I feel like we hit the lottery. We are currently based 1.5 hours away from the house we were selling and Derek handled everything. He really minimized the number of times I needed to make the drive back and forth. From coordinating multiple inspections, supervising work being done on the house, providing me with multiple recommendations for work and services that we needed, always keeping us updated - Derek did it all. Folks talk about someone going the extra mile - Derek went the extra 100 miles. And we had the house sold in less than a week!

Gail helped me find a wonderful home in the Princeton area and navigate the overall house purchasing process. She was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!
