Everything went well

Tara was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond every step of the way — super knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about finding the perfect home for us. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. If you want a realtor who treats you like family and delivers results, Tara is the one!

I met Patricia by chance and am glad I did. She found me a bunch of homes to look at based on what my stated needs were. We found the home we were looking for in a short period of time and Patricia was great at communication my needs and concerns to the sellers representatives. She was patient and kept everyone at bay while we went thru the mortgage process. In the end we closed on our new home quick and simple. She was great!

We chose Derek as our agent based on some mentions in a township Facebook page. I feel like we hit the lottery. We are currently based 1.5 hours away from the house we were selling and Derek handled everything. He really minimized the number of times I needed to make the drive back and forth. From coordinating multiple inspections, supervising work being done on the house, providing me with multiple recommendations for work and services that we needed, always keeping us updated - Derek did it all. Folks talk about someone going the extra mile - Derek went the extra 100 miles. And we had the house sold in less than a week!
