We chose Derek as our agent based on some mentions in a township Facebook page. I feel like we hit the lottery. We are currently based 1.5 hours away from the house we were selling and Derek handled everything. He really minimized the number of times I needed to make the drive back and forth. From coordinating multiple inspections, supervising work being done on the house, providing me with multiple recommendations for work and services that we needed, always keeping us updated - Derek did it all. Folks talk about someone going the extra mile - Derek went the extra 100 miles. And we had the house sold in less than a week!

Wasn’t a good experience. Fell on hard times and got what I feel is scammed out of a home. Also asked for help for a roof over my head and he couldn’t really be bothered. As long as he got his portion of the sale and overcharged for a fire inspection which could have been done for free. It was all a nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.
