This is our fourth real estate transaction with Mike Butterworth, and once again he delivered as promised. He has always worked hard for our financial benefit, and this time negotiated a price much better than we had anticipated going into the process. I have always been favorably impressed with the way he communicates with his clients and is virtually always instantly responsive to our questions and comments. He is a true professional, and I cannot imagine going through a real estate deal with anyone else.

It was a pleasure working with Bridgit, as she is very professional and knowledgeable of the properties in the area. Bridgit kept us informed of all new listings that came to market that fit our criteria and eventually help us to negotiate a favorable price on the property we eventually purchased.
