This is our fourth real estate transaction with Mike Butterworth, and once again he delivered as promised. He has always worked hard for our financial benefit, and this time negotiated a price much better than we had anticipated going into the process. I have always been favorably impressed with the way he communicates with his clients and is virtually always instantly responsive to our questions and comments. He is a true professional, and I cannot imagine going through a real estate deal with anyone else.

It was a pleasure working with Bridgit, as she is very professional and knowledgeable of the properties in the area. Bridgit kept us informed of all new listings that came to market that fit our criteria and eventually help us to negotiate a favorable price on the property we eventually purchased. We will definitely use Bridgit as our real estate professional in our next venture. Kudos to Bridgit on a job well done!!!

It was my first time, I had a lot of mixed feelings and Ms Erikson made me feel at ease! If I had to do it over, I would have Dawn Erikson as my agent!!!!!

If your looking for a good Realtor to work with, you cannot go wrong with Jillian, she is about the best I have worked with in a long time. My WIfe and I have been looking for a nice house for over 4 years and we came upon Jill and she has been th greatest to work with. She thinks of thing way before you do and she acts on it before you can tell her. She is the sweetest girl and the most hard working person going. She will do her best to make things happen for you whether selling or buying she will be there for you every step of the way.
