I first met her while touring a rental property she was showing, and during that visit we discussed the pros and cons of renting versus buying. After that conversation, I decided to move forward with purchasing a home, and I never once questioned choosing Christy as my realtor because she made such a great first impression. Her knowledge and experience in the field were evident from day one. As a first-time home buyer, I had plenty of nerves and uncertainty, but Christy always took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She was a strong advocate for my best interests every step of the way. Christy is also incredibly thoughtful, understanding, and responsive. She recognized my urgency and matched it with prompt communication and responses, which made the process much less overwhelming. She also connected me with a wonderful team of professionals who worked collaboratively alongside us, and she stayed in continuous contact with everyone involved so I never had to chase down updates or initiate communication myself. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wendy is the best!!! She went above and beyond for the sale of our house, and i couldn’t say her name quick enough when someone asked me who we were going to use to buy our new house!! She was responsive and any time she didn’t have an answer right away(which was rare), she made sure to have an answer for us by the end of the day. She made sure we were informed of anything and everything that came up during our sale, and made sure we understood everything along the way. There were so many hurdles during our sale, but she still made it happen!!! Even my kids love her! They love pointing out all of her signs in people’s yards while we are driving around. 😂 We will absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone buying or selling a house!
