I will say her portfolio is what impressed me, so my expectations were set high. Market Knowledge is a strong point for Pat. Professionalism is a strong point for Pat and her team especially Marcy. Marcy is very detail oriented and very responsive. Communication from Pat is not her strong point which was a little frustrating. However, when I needed her the most at the time of closing she went above and beyond to make it happen with all my request.

Cecily was highly recommended to us by a friend who was a previous client of hers. We were set on finding a house in Cherry Hill and Cecily was very knowledgable about the market on that town and surrounding towns. She was excellent at communicating all around. We think that she was the key factor for why we were finally able to close on the house that checked all our boxes.

Keith is very personable, understanding and professional. He was always there for me guiding me through the process and keeping me informed. I never had to worry about documents that needed to be signed he stayed on top of everything and they were sent to my email right away. He kept in constant contact and was never hard to reach and always just a call or text away at any time I had questions. I would recommend Keith to anyone I know that wants to purchase home because he is there for his client, very down to earth and so knowledgeable and has so many relationships within the community that he is able to provide you with contacts if you need specialists for home inspections ect. If I ever sell my home he definitely will be my agent.
