This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. Finding our new house was quite the ordeal but Mary was there every step of the way. We must have seen at least 50 houses with her. We all know how rough the market is right now especially after bidding on several houses and losing but she helped us to find our dream home which we were meant to be in. There are thousands of realtors out there but there is only one Mary.
