She made me well aware that that could happen, but we would try anyway. Once my house went on the market, she got it sold in two weeks. We continued our search for my new home with my daughters. I went to an open house without her one day and thought OK this could be the place, but I needed her opinion. And in Jackie’s fashion, she jumped in the car drove over an hour to come see the house. She is very upfront in work that may need to be done and thorough when she’s going through the properties pointing things out. She takes the time and discusses with you, the, positives, and negatives. She’s extremely knowledgeable on what to look for, gives you an idea on what things could cost, points out things you will need to fix right away, possibly due to safety or the life of the equipment. In the end, we got my house sold and my new home purchased on the same day! She pulled off a miracle for me and I can’t recommend her enough.

Jennean is a firecracker! She is on top of everything and every situation that arises. No problem is too big for her to tackle. She ALWAYS answered my questions and made sure I understood the answers. She was available whenever I needed her assistance. Jennean made the selling process a good experience rather than the drudgery it could have been. My blood pressure stayed stable throughout the selling stages. Now that's a good realtor!
