Shannon was very pleasant and fun to work with during our search for a new home. After finding our choice, we submitted an offer which was accepted. She continued to troubleshoot problems all through the escrow process. This was often not easy as we were out of state most of the time. Closing was accomplished as scheduled despite numerous problems in the coordination between the title company, lender, and banks. I whole-heartedly recommend her for all your real estate needs.
