Michelle Barnard

Michelle is the hardest working professional who is ready to solve any problem, put her clients at easy, is always available, and the most amazing human being. She handled the sale and purchase for me and is the only person I would ever put my faith in to handle the most complicated of situations that may arise. Her network of contacts is also amazing. The best!

I cannot recommend Michelle Barnard highly enough! This is our third transaction with her, and although I often joke that I’ll never buy another house again, I wouldn’t hesitate to refer every single person I know—family included—because she is that good. Michelle is not just a realtor; she’s the best negotiator I’ve ever met! Beyond her remarkable skills, she is a true therapist during those stressful moments, helping us navigate our worries with ease. Working with her is always a fun experience—she brings a level of encouragement that made our journey enjoyable. When we shared our dreams with Michelle, she didn’t just listen; she worked tirelessly to make them come true. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you, look no further than Michelle Barnard. She is truly a gem in the real estate world!

Michelle is a true professional. She is people person. Her knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I was fortunate to have her help me through the process of selling my home. She is an awesome communicator, planner and demonstrates great leadership. I will already be grateful with this experience.

Michelle helped me get this house and then sell it. Each time, it was a wonderful experience. During the process, if l needed reassurance, more information or an ear just to vent, she was always available. She isn't just only an agent but a great friend.

I can't speak highly enough of Michelle Barnard. She is not just knowledgeable about the market, but has an incredible ability to anticipate the needs of both buyers and sellers. Throughout my home buying and selling experience, she demonstrated a deep understanding of market trends and timing, which made a significant difference in both selling our existing home and finding our new home. She aligned the stars and we settled on both just hours apart. Her proactive approach and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the transactions were handled smoothly and efficiently. Michelle made what could have been a stressful process completely stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who goes above and beyond for their clients.

Michelle is one of a kind! She truly cares about her clients whether she is assisting with buying or selling. She is responsive and available whenever you have questions or concerns. She is genuine and down-to-earth. We never felt pushed or coerced into any ideas. She listens for understanding and gives you advice and recommendations that she would give her own family! She was just as excited as we were about the process and that goes a long way! Thank you for being THE BEST!
