she is a great agent . Constantly keep me posted and even helped me understand questions I had to answer. she was well aware of any changes in the law and knew what the market is. I would highly recommend her.

This was mine and my husbands first time buying a home, we were blessed to have received Michael as our realtor. Michael was prompt, persistent, patient, and friendly. Michael dedicated much of his time helping us look for our perfect home for our family, even if that meant spending the whole day driving all around different towns giving us home tours. He was always sending us potential homes to view that he knew met our criteria. Michael, was fantastic, although this is a form of income for him, he was truly dedicated to helping us find our home even if it did take a few months. We appreciate all the time/support Michael gave us.

We worked with Kathy for nearly two years. She knew our interests and introduced us to more than 20 homes, with her knowledge and professionalism applied to each. She was forthright and candid and always available to answer questions and/or make suggestions. She was especially helpful as we considered each possibility during a period of “wild” home buying and selling. We engaged Kathy to help manage the rental of my wife’s home and ultimately Kathy brought a buyer couple to us and, representing both buyer and seller, made that process a great success. We highly recommend Kathy to represent as buyer or seller agent. She is simply a wonderful person.
