We felt comfortable with his professionalism and commitment from the start. We contacted Ed well over a year before we bought, with the intention of buying in six months. Because of personal circumstances, it took much longer. He was very patient, contacting us from time to time just to check in and offer help. He would occasionally send an email with several houses that he thought might interest us or update us with market trends. He was never overaggresive and was very responsive to our personal situation. When we were finally ready to buy, Ed was totally committed to helping us find the house that was perfect for us. He willingly spent as much time as we needed to view homes that we liked as well as to suggest others. He listened to what we wanted and understood our needs. When a question arose, he was quick to respond or let us know that he would get the answer. After we made an offer, he kept us informed as to progress, and when a problem arose in the inspection process, a very fair negotiation process was quick and easy. In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth. Thanks to Ed, our home buying experience was a pleasure because of his professionalism, attention to detail and genuine interest in our satisfaction Throughout the process he was a trusted guide. Maria "knocked it out of the park" as our realtor! She provided great advice and counsel and we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a price above the asking price (we got 5 offers at/above list price). I don't know how you can do better than that! We wanted to upgrade our home before the sale but we needed design guidance. Maria helped us make our selections for fixtures & colors and even went with me to Lowe's to help select specific items. She was very responsive & always returned calls/texts in a timely fashion. She also recommended great contractors for items that required repair. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Maria's service and would highly recommend her.
