She helped us stay positive that we’d eventually find what we were looking for, and when we did, she did everything in her power to make sure we put in a great offer and got our dream home! She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. She did an amazing job and not only helping us sell our house quickly, but also surpassed all expectations of what we’d sell it for. After we made an offer, he kept us informed as to progress, and when a problem arose in the inspection process, a very fair negotiation process was quick and easy. In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth.
