She is very professional—not just with us but with everyone she works with including lenders attorneys contractors inspectors and the seller—and extremely knowledgeable.My husband and I relocated from San Francisco and we had so many questions about everything. She asked around so she could give us the answers we were looking for.She is detail-oriented listens carefully to what you need and want and takes your preferences into account. She held our hand through every step of the process. I had to leave for a trip around closing time and she even paid my husband a visit when the movers came.She made herself available and accessible and always had a joyful spirit.
