Madeline was excellent! I live out of state which made it very difficult for me to manage selling my mom’s townhouse. Madeline was organized, went the extra miles, and was an excellent communicator. I do not know what I would have done without her!!!

Working with Madeline Rapp was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always responsive, patient with our questions, and truly had our best interests at heart. What stood out most was their dedication Madeline went above and beyond to ensure we found the right buyer and negotiated the best possible terms. We never felt rushed or pressured, only supported and well-informed at every step. I would confidently recommend Madeline to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was professional, trustworthy, and genuinely care about her clients. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Our journey started with just casually looking with no real timeline, home type, or price range. When we first met I told her that I didn't want to waste her time so I was transparent with the goal being no goal at all just looking and you never know. I expected her to be maybe annoyed or distant but she simple never was. She was consistent and accommodating. She knows the area well and brought me to places i didn't even ask about to help me get a feel for the area and the options from townhouses, to communities, stand alone homes, fixer uppers, and heading more towards the beach. I did not expect to end up where we did when we started but through her patience and knowledge of the area our focus started narrowing. After finding a couple places that I liked i added my wife to the visits, which as expected changed the perspective a bit as well. Esther adjusted as we changed and was nothing short of great to work with throughout the journey. The communication was always great and never pushy. Once we found the place we wanted Esther pointed us in the right direction for everything. Home inspection, bulkhead inspections, financing, attorney, and when things got a little crazy after inspections she continued being supportive without being pushy and helped with finding contractors and communicating with the sellers. At the last minute we hit a snag with the township and she set up a mtg myself, the seller, sellers agent and a building inspector. Once we understood the need it seemed like we were going to hit a delay... nope Esther went with me to the building department and guided me through the hurdles the very same day and we made it to closing as planned. I should also share that her husband works for the mortgage company we ended up using and was as excellent as Esther was in helping with the challenges. In closing all i can say is that we are grateful to have worked with Esthermarie and look forward to seeing her around town in the future. THANK YOU.

I had a wonderful experience working with Esthermarie to find my new home. From the very beginning, it was clear that she genuinely had my best interests in mind. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to find the right fit. Esthermarie was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and consistently kept me focused on what mattered most to me. What I appreciated most was that she was never trying to make a quick sale. If a home clearly wasn’t the right fit, she recognized it immediately, and when I inquired about listings, she thoughtfully reminded me of my must-haves. Having someone who keeps you grounded and on track is invaluable, and it made a huge difference in ensuring I found a home I wouldn’t regret down the road. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the homes, the area, and the overall buying process. She pointed out details and potential issues across multiple properties that I would have easily overlooked. Esthermarie has a great eye, sees potential, and approaches every situation with honesty and care. I highly recommend Esthermarie to anyone looking for a realtor who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home.

Catherine was recommended to us by a friend, and we are so grateful we had the opportunity to work with her. Throughout the entire process, Catherine was an excellent communicator and was always available to answer questions or address concerns. She made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and seamless. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication truly stood out, and we always felt like we were in good hands.
