Donna Hanson is the best realtor we could have wished for to put our home in Ramsey on the market to sell after 56 years. Having grown up in Ramsey herself, a class mate of our own children we’d raised there, was a big benefit. This made everything much easier, because trust and easy communication were quickly established. Donna is familiar with all different aspects of life in our community, where she now raises her own children. She knows the school system well, the strength of the academic and sports activities, all aspects of a good education. Donna handled any question regarding important end stage procedures, lawyers, inspectors, water and electricity management, experts needed, and last minute tasks with borough hall. There was not one aspect of the sale in which she could have offered any more assistance. We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and charming team. Donna became our friend over the course of the 3 months of this truly challenging task, and made our lives so much easier.
