Patti did an excellent job helping us w/ the sale of our home from the moment we called her to inquire about her services. She went above and beyond in many instances and on account of the Covid issue which developed days after the house was in review she even stepped it up more. Towards the end of the sale when we had an issue or two she was there to help solve it. All went well and it was a smooth transaction. We would definitely recommend her to other home sellers. We have only positive things to say!

Patti did a superb job in representing me as the seller of a house in Wyckoff. It was a difficult sale, since it involved an estate, and I as the executor was not in the area, so Patti had to handle certain things that normally would be the buyer's responsibility, but she did so efficiently and cheerily, and I was very grateful for her extra effort. She knew the market well, advised me on fixing up the house, and held an open house (in which she worked around all the Covid complications) that resulted in a quick sale.
