I found Carol's website when I was looking to sell one of my properties. I wasn't sure if this would be the right path for me having no experience in selling a home, so I called the number just to get more information. After that first conversation, I had no doubt I'd be moving forward with her. Carol is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything you need to know and at the right pace so that it isn't overwhelming. She is sharp and has a lot of experience so is really quick to know how to advise you every step of the way even when twists and turns come your way (which I had a lot of!). And a great bonus: she's super nice and really fun to work with! Honestly, even if she weren't pleasant to work with I'd probably still use her because she's such a great value. I've used her to successfully sell two different properties I owned, and I will no doubt use her again when the time comes to sell my primary residence. Big thanks to Carol! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have limited experience in real estate. I bought my first house when I was 25 and just recently sold (12 years later) it with the help of Carol & Cut The Commission. I cannot say enough about Carol and this service. Carol made the process so easy. She explained everything, offered multiple sources for guidance & was always available for questions. I listed my house & had it under contract (for over asking) after about 3 days & 20+ showings. At my closing my attorney was going over the numbers and asked about the listing agent commission and if to my knowledge it was anything but the "standard" and I shared with him the commission statement that Carol had sent them the day before. He said "wow, your agent must really like you" because it really did make an impact. Having the lower commission really helped me capitalize on a not so high value neighborhood.
