I have limited experience in real estate. I bought my first house when I was 25 and just recently sold (12 years later) it with the help of Carol & Cut The Commission. I cannot say enough about Carol and this service. Carol made the process so easy. She explained everything, offered multiple sources for guidance & was always available for questions. I listed my house & had it under contract (for over asking) after about 3 days & 20+ showings. At my closing my attorney was going over the numbers and asked about the listing agent commission and if to my knowledge it was anything but the "standard" and I shared with him the commission statement that Carol had sent them the day before. He said "wow, your agent must really like you" because it really did make an impact. Having the lower commission really helped me capitalize on a not so high value neighborhood. Thank you so much, Carol! I won't say I couldn't have done it without you but I will say I couldn't have done it as successfully or with the profit margin I achieved without you.
