I had such an amazing experience working with Sue! She is an incredibly kind, knowledgeable, reliable, and organized person. You can tell she genuinely cares about each of her clients throughout the process of homeownership. She was always communicative, patient, and willing to explain things along the way which made a huge difference as a first time home buyer. I would absolutely recommend Sue to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first time homebuyers such as I!

When we were starting the search for a house, we connected with Alicia the minute we met her. She understood our family circumstances, made us feel comfortable and we knew she would help us find our forever home. Through the many months of negotiations with selling our condo and buying our house, Alicia worked tirelessly for us, often having late night phone conversations to keep us up to speed. While our whole process was quite arduous, Alicia always checked in to see how our family was doing and helped make the lower points easier to bear. We love our new house and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

she understands not only the market but also home construction and looks for issue areas. She has a great feel of the type of house I am looking for.

Ron he did a good job

Ed saw over 60 houses with us and drove all over the state after we expanded the area we were looking in. He suggested how to make our bid more competitive in a competitive market.
