Buying a home is stressful under the best of circumstances. Ours came with the added challenge of searching from 3,000 miles away. Additionally, the Stamford area is highly competitive. Homes often came on the market and, within a day, bidding wars had already begun. Our process took nearly one year. Rick regularly sent us updated listings and stayed on top of new opportunities as they became available. He contacted listing agents, scheduled showings, and FaceTimed with us during each viewing, allowing us to tour homes and ask questions in real time despite being 3,000 miles away. We could not be happier with the home we purchased, and we have Rick’s diligence to thank for it. He guided us through every step of the process, from connecting us with a loan officer and attorney to coordinating the home inspection and other essential services. Although we consider this our forever home, if the need ever arose, we would definitely use Rick’s services again. Kelly had helped me with my housing journey for months. I had a difficult ask, since not only did I want farm property, but I needed to be in a specific price range and picky about where the property was located. This continues to be a VERY hard market to buy in, and Kelly went through two purchase attempts with me that fell through, among other visits to properties that didn't work for me. Kelly helped me consider multiple avenues of making offers on the homes that were good fits, emphasizing the pros and cons for me as a buyer for the different approaches. She is VERY good at this, while ultimately leaving the decision up to me. As life would have it, my direction changed and out of the blue, my daughter came to see a farm property that we jokingly said we could buy together. Well, that joke turned into a reality because we both fell in love with the property. This was an antique home/farm property, so there are numerous things to consider compared to buying a more recent (say last fifty years) home. Kelly kept us aware of things to watch out for, while also realizing this was a competitive property. Again multiple offers, and we ended up winning. Not only did Kelly help us through the purchase with constant back and forth communication, but she also stayed in touch after for things either the sellers (who are wonderful) or we had questions about. Last, Kelly is so down to earth and easy to like. Her easy going personality keeps stress levels down and joy of buying (even when frustrated) up. Highly recommend.

When we were starting the search for a house, we connected with Alicia the minute we met her. She understood our family circumstances, made us feel comfortable and we knew she would help us find our forever home. Through the many months of negotiations with selling our condo and buying our house, Alicia worked tirelessly for us, often having late night phone conversations to keep us up to speed. Luis also saved us a lot of work by knowing we did not need to kill ourselves with refinishing walls, trim and floors, knowing that new owners have their own preferences. He always kept us in the loop of the closing activities. And all our old neighbors are thanking us for raising home prices in our old neighborhood! LUIS DID IT FOR US!

When we finally got serious about our house hunt, I knew Tracy was the perfect person to help us. I appreciated her extensive knowledge, willingness to travel, flexible schedule, and, most importantly, her transparency throughout the search.
