I used Justin Cabral, Stacy Hauser, and Dawn Cabral to sell my home and find me a condo. I explained to them what I was looking for and they made it happen. They sold my home for 30% more than I ever expected and found me the exact condo that I was looking for, literally! It was in the complex I wanted and was in exceptional condition. From the first showing, Justin and team took care of everything. I had very little to do. On a nightly basis they updated me on the progress. I lived in the same house for 65 years so this was a major move for me, not just physical, but emotional. They also acted as my real estate psychologist. The support was way beyond what I would have ever expected. Justin and team were knowledgeable, professional, and diligent. I could not possibly give them and higher a rating. They were an absolute pleasure to do business with. If you want a "Turn Key" solution, Justin and team are your team.

We first met Ed about a year and a half ago. Until recently, our inquiries were infrequent, but Ed was always responsive and shared ideas when we asked. Recently, we were more aggressive in our search - ultimately buying an investment property - and Ed was very supportive, responsive and just easy to work with. No airs about Ed and that is what we like. He is focused on our success and satisfaction. Can't thank him enough!
