My name is Rich Pavlik. I am the Broker with Pavlik Real Estate and have been a licensed Realtor since 1987. This business was started by my parents in 1963, and we are now the second generation to bring our real estate expertise to the area. Although I am a Prospect native and resident, my familiarity with the Connecticut market extends from Greenwich to Enfield, New Haven to Winsted. My knowledge ranges from market conditions to construction, and my sales include single and multi-family homes, commercial, industrial, large land developments, and single lot developments and REOs. As a former licensed appraiser, I provided expert testimony in Connecticut superior courts as well as federal court due to my in-depth knowledge of property values throughout the state.
