He also helped to coordinate the sale of furniture and had his handyman make several repairs on his own dime. With Jack, things just got taken care of and I didn't have to worry about it. At one point, he made the simple mistake of forgetting to forward an email to me which ultimately had financial consequences. Jack went above and beyond and chipped in his own money to ensure that I wasn't affected, which I don't think most agents would have done. I would happily use Jack and his team for future home sales and purchases.
